🐾 Golden Years Deserve Golden Care! 🐾

Did you know dogs are considered geriatric when they pass their average life expectancy? Our sweet senior pups give us a lifetime of love, and as they enter their golden years, their daily needs change too.

Slowing down, stiffness, or extra naps aren't just "old age"—they can be signs your dog needs a little extra comfort and support!

Call us today to see how we can help your pup! 325-625-2412

⚠️ ATTENTION HUNTERS: Rattlesnake Alert this Dove Season! ⚠️
As you and your trusting hunting companion head into the fields, keep your eyes peeled for pesky rattlesnakes. A single bite can turn a great hunt into a life-or-death emergency.

If your dog gets bitten, do not delay care. Every minute counts.

🚨 IMMEDIATE ACTION STEPS:
• Remove collars/harnesses: Swelling happens fast. Strip away anything constricting.
• Get to the vet immediately: Antivenom is the only way to neutralize the venom in your dog's system.

❌ WHAT NOT TO DO:
• NO tourniquets (causes severe tissue death)
• NO ice or heat (worsens the wound)
• NO cutting or sucking the bite (does not work and adds bacteria)

We have Anti-Venom stocked and ready to protect your four-legged hunting partner. The quicker we can start treatment, the quicker your dog can recover and get back in the fields with you. We have vets on call 24 hours a day, so please don't hesitate to call after hours if your animal is in need!

The summer heat is here—and so are fleas and ticks!

As temperatures rise, flea and tick populations increase, making it more important than ever to keep your pets protected. Flea and tick prevention is essential for protecting your pets from severe skin irritation, flea allergy dermatitis, anemia, and potentially life-threatening vector-borne diseases, including Lyme disease.

Veterinary organizations, including the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), recommend keeping both cats and dogs on year-round flea and tick prevention. Fleas can thrive indoors throughout the year, and ticks can remain active whenever temperatures rise above 40°F.

There are several effective prevention options available, including topical treatments, long-acting injectables, and oral chewable medications. We offer a variety of products to fit your pet's needs and your lifestyle. Plus, many manufacturers offer rebates, helping you protect your pets while saving money.

Contact us today to discuss the best flea and tick prevention plan for your pet and learn about current rebate offers!
