“Jordan” affectionately known as Damn It Jordan to those that know her best decided to throw us a curveball all live up to her name “Expect The Unexpected “ and decided to come into season 3 months early.

If all goes according to plan she will be bred this season.

On a side note- those of you who have contacted us- please give us a little grace. In the last 2.5 weeks we’ve had 2 different family friends pass away in accidents. It’s been a lot on top of managing our day to day.

Since my shared post cut off earlier … our ads in the Show Beagle Worldwide magazine dropped last night, so I thought I’d share them. One with Flynn and one with the Michigan Music (Peter x Ainsley) litter.

For the first time EVER….

…We have bred a litter with absolutely NO ONE on our wait list!

My breeding plans for this year were (are) to breed Lux and Jordan. Both gave me singleton boys. While I love Toby & Flynn, a breeding program requires girls to continue one. Both Lix and Jordan are conformationally gorgeous, wonderful temperament, healthy and hold a special place in my heart. Enough for me to definitely want a daughter from each of them.

However, I am a very practical person. So breeding not just one but two litters this year is a scary thought for me. I know times are tough for many right now. The cost of food and gas on top of utilities has us all watching our budgets.

The poor souls of the Riglan Beagles needing homes has many going that direction. And I applaud you!

But if you’ve ever considered a purposely bred Beagle, with proven health and temperament to join your family, now is the time!!!

Our second litter this fall will be Mo (13” red/white dog) and Jordan (15” faded tri). Both litters are super exciting with the potential of a “rainbow” of colors!
