Woodfield Farms Equestrian LLC. Woodfield Farms provides a fun safe environment for children to learn the basics of horsemanship and We are located in Coker. Go 82W toward Northport.

Woodfield farms is a horse farm with approximately 35 acres of rolling pasture land, 3 ponds, a small barn and our home. Go past Wal-Mart. Take a right onto Upper Columbus Rd toward Lake Lurleen. Stay on Upper Columbus Rd. 2.9 miles until you get to pasture land with board fencing on left. Turn left onto gravel driveway. You can call Julie at 205-454-6149.

16 YEARS OF HAPPY CAMPING

Woodfield Farms is celebrating our 16th anniversary of horse and pony camps this Summer, and I am just as excited as I was our very first summer. 🤩🌈🌻

Cars pull-in filled with children who are both excited and nervous; but they bounce out ready for adventures; and soon realize that our horses are gentle giants and far from terrifying.🦄🧲🐴❤️😇

I love most watching children experience the horses and ponies up-close for the very first time. So many kids today know animals mostly through movies, television, or through screens, but camp is different. Here they smell the horses, feel fuzzy noses, hear nickers, brush and feed the horses, laugh, and discover that living creatures all have personalities, emotions, and stories of their own. 🙌🏻😍

And, somewhere during the week, fear turns to confidence, nervousness to pride and strangers become friends.🤠👯

16 years later that transformation still fills my heart with joy and makes me smile 🏇🌈🥰

And the best part?
There is still room in several of our camps, so last-minute campers are always welcome to join-in on the fun and adventure!
