Although Dr. Liz is one of the newer additions to the BVVH family, it already feels like she’s been part of our team for much longer! 💚

Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for every patient and client she meets have made her such a wonderful addition to our hospital. She jumped right in, fit seamlessly with our crew, and we’re so happy to have her with us!

If you’ve spent any time at BVVH, chances are you know just how special Missie is. She is kind, loyal, honest, dependable, and truly someone you can always count on.

Around here, she’s affectionately known by some as “Mama Missie” — because when you need advice, a listening ear, a little reassurance, or just someone in your corner, she’s the person everyone seems to find. 💕

And it’s not just our team who feels that way! Our clients love seeing Missie at the front desk and catching up with her. She has a way of making people feel welcome, heard, and reassured from the moment they walk through our doors.

We are incredibly lucky to have her leading our CSR team and being such an important part of the BVVH family.

Not always! Tail wagging is a form of communication, and dogs may wag when they’re excited, nervous, uncertain, or even feeling tense.

That’s why we look at the whole dog—tail position, ears, eyes, posture, facial expression, and the situation they’re in. 👀🐾

Learning to read your dog’s body language can help you better understand what they’re trying to tell you. 💙
