🤎I’d like to get a little more personal if all my followers, friends and family don’t mind.🤎
To reintroduce myself to anyone who may be new, my name is Alexandra, though you can call me Allie if you’d like🤎
I’m originally from the Florida panhandle, born and raised but the Land of Enchantment has truly captured a part of my heart. More than I may admit at times. This place has brought me peace, stillness, hope and community. A life I have dreamed about since I was a little girl.
However, truthfully, I don’t really like to use the word dream.
Instead.. I would change dreaming into BELIEVING.
This life has always been deep in my soul, I just never knew when, where or how. Something I’ve come to learn in my life thus far is that you simply need to trust in Him and the plans that are already paved for you, even when you can’t see where it leads.
In this life of being horsemen and horsewomen, you will notice a reoccurring word, maybe other than “eyes up” or “heels down” 😉
That word is FEEL.
In your partnership with your horse(s)— or even the lesson horse you ride, you MUST learn to FEEL.
Feel their body
Feel their energy
You must FEEL to TRUST. The relationship is symbiotic.
Life works much the same— Sometimes we have to FEEL our way forward.
Most times we have to TRUST without having all the answers.
The same could be said to learn to feel that trust in Him to lead you on your way.

On a more personal note— May has faced its challenges.
One that my heart will forever grieve— as well as all dear friends and family affected.
At the beginning of May I lost my best friend, my trainer/mentor, a woman who brought Faith even closer to my heart.
She is a TRUE horsewoman.
She BELIEVED in God, her friends and family, her kids/adults that she has put countless hours and thought into throughout her career in the horse industry.
She was loud, and fierce but gracious and patient.
Such a beautiful force to have known. She stood beside me with unwavering faith just as she did with all whom she believed in.
The facility you see today, is a place she’s poured her heart into.
My goal is to continue that love and passion for all horsemen/horsewomen and horses alike, just as she did. That was always my plan— the only difference is that she now gets to enjoy it from above.
So now, more than ever, I need to FEEL more—and trust.
Remember, it’s not just a “dream.”
It’s unwavering faith that becomes reality.

If you have made it this far, thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to read, listen and be apart of this journey.
With all of that said, Sunfire Mesa Stables is growing. We have new ideas, and more packages to offer✨
We would love to extend out our hands— and hooves 😉 to welcome more friends and family.
We want to fill this place with smiling faces of all ages. We want this peaceful facility full of laughter, friendships, knowledge and joy.
Please stay tuned and keep up to date as we continue to grow.
Every lesson, every kind word shared, every recommendation given, and every bit of support helps us continue building a life and community that we’re proud to share with all of you.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
