Horse show day at FENCE! It was so fun to see everyone’s ground work pay off in the in-hand and showmanship. We all have a little to work on in the trail, but it was a great experience and learning opportunity. Thank you to everyone who helped make sure the chores at home were done, the horses traveled safely and the competitors felt supported. It takes a village!

Shout out to Savanah for a successful show with her FFA cow! When she is not helping our riders at the barn she is practicing the barrel pattern with her horse or working on showmanship with her cow. Keep up the good work!

Each lesson has begun to incorporate groundwork. We have a young horse that needs the routine before working in lessons, but it is beneficial for all the horses and riders. This video is of Fergie (knows her job inside and out), but the rider is getting to learn a valuable skill!
