💌 Message from Her Family:

"This is Patches, aka CloePatches. Seventeen years ago, my son brought this little tiny kitten girl to live with us. Since day one, she had sass. She never wanted to be out of control. Patches was supposed to be my son's, but 17 years later she remained with me. I guess she was always meant to be Momma's girl.

She never really grew much. Everyone always thought she was still a kitten, with her lively spirit and talkative nature. And yes, she would always try to talk words. She really had s***k.

She loved to dance with me. I would sing and dance with her, and it never annoyed her. Actually, she loved it. Her tail would go up every time. And Patches would always kiss my nose whenever I said, 'kiss kiss.'

Dr. McCaffrey, by the way, was great. She really let her pass over the Rainbow Bridge with dignity and grace.

Smokey and I will miss her dearly.

Today we honor a beautiful 16-year-old Yorkie who brought endless love, joy, and warmth to her family every single day. Mia was more than a pet, she was the heart of the home, a faithful and feisty little companion who filled life with laughter, comfort, and unconditional love.

As shared by her family:
"Our sweet 16-year-old Yorkie, Mia was the best part of our day, every day! Our pint sized faithful, feisty companion with the diet of a teenager and independent personality was the heart of our home. We know how lucky we were to have had the most wonderful 16 years with our angel. Mia loved us every day of her life and we will love, and miss her, for the rest of ours. Rest easy sweet girl.
