On May 16, participants in the Junior Police Academy had the opportunity to experience several hands-on law enforcement activities and demonstrations.
Cadets learned how to lift fingerprints, cast shoe prints, and participated in a K-9 narcotics demonstration. They also experienced the “Fatal Vision” goggles activity, which demonstrated the dangers and impairment associated with driving under the influence.
We are proud of all the participants for their enthusiasm, engagement, and willingness to learn throughout the academy. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success!
