Its World Domination Day for our feline overlords

This silly pet holiday serves as a warning to all us who have furry rulers in the home, cats have many talents and powers including but not limited to;
Superior hearing: They can hear treat bags or cans being opened from anywhere in your home
Heat seeking abilities: They will find your freshly dried laundry, no matter where you try to hide it!
Fur glitter: No matter how clean your home may be, just know, they will find a way to be included, from fur being in the food you're cooking, sneaking into that craft project or freshly painted wall, to simply getting stuck in your nose or eyes.
Alarm system: Ever need to be awoken at 2AM? Cats got you covered! From jumping on you, including you in the shadow covered zoomies, or simply showing you that your trinkets aren't nailed down (now on the floor).

🚧 Construction Update – Bluff Boulevard Closure 🚧

Beginning Monday, June 22, Bluff Boulevard will be closed to all through traffic from S. 14th Street to College Avenue due to full roadway reconstruction. This closure is expected to remain in place for the duration of the construction season.
🔧 Work includes sewer replacement, retaining walls, and full road reconstruction.

⚠️ Additional impacts:
Bluff Blvd is reduced to two lanes starting at 2nd Ave S
Southbound traffic must exit before S. 14th Street

🔁 Detours will follow:
2nd Ave S → S. 18th St → College Ave → Manufacturing Dr / Harts Mill Rd
🛍️ Local business access remains open:

Bob’s One Stop & Cornerstone Wellness (from the north)
Clinton Convenience & Liquor (from the south via College Ave / Harts Mill Rd)

Please plan ahead, follow posted detours, and drive safely!
