Hey everyone! 🐾💚 It’s been a while since I’ve properly introduced myself, so hi! I’m Meg, the face behind Meg’s Mutt’s Pet Sitting! https://www.facebook.com/share/1PZ6vkJZjV/?mibextid=wwXIfr
My goal with pet sitting has always been simple: to give pet parents peace of mind while allowing their pets to stay comfortable in their own home. I know firsthand that boarding isn’t the best fit for every animal, especially those who are anxious, older, have medical needs, or simply thrive best in their own environment. That’s why I focus on personalized, in-home care while you’re away. 🏡🐾
A little about my background: I currently work in veterinary medicine and am pursuing my Veterinary Technician education. Over the years, I’ve gained experience caring for pets with all kinds of personalities and needs, from the easygoing couch potatoes to anxious pets, seniors, and those requiring medications or recovery care. 💉🩺
Outside of pet sitting and vet med, I’m also a cheer coach, an animal-obsessed pet parent, and probably the person stopping to say hi to every dog I see. 😂
And of course, I couldn’t introduce myself without introducing the girl next to me! 💚 This is Riley, my Australian Shepherd and my “why” for being so passionate about providing individualized care. At home, she shares me with my dog Cadbury and our newest addition, Elvis our cat. 🐶🐶🐱
I’m incredibly grateful for every family who has trusted me with their pets over the years, whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or recently found my page. I truly love getting to know each animal and becoming someone they’re comfortable with while their people are away. 🫶🏻
So, whether you’re new here or have been around for a while, we’re happy to have you a part of the Meg’s Mutt’s family. 🐾💚
