King has one thing to say today, “GO GUARDS!” ⚾📣

After bringing home the W last night, we’re all in for the pawsitive vibes tonight. And King is ready for a big win of his own… a new loving home!

King is a 4-year-old pretty boy who is a total athlete. He loves playing soccer, and we suspect he’d be a pretty great baseball buddy, too! King has lots of playful puppy energy and is always game for a field trip. Off the field, he’s house- and crate-trained, likes car rides, and is very well-mannered in the home. Once he’s had some fun, he has a talent for stealing hearts with his cuddles.

He’s got the spirit and is ready to be your MVP. If you’re looking for the perfect fella to cheer on Cleveland with, you have to meet King!

We have a Catio cutie on our hands! 👀🐱

Meet Aspen! This 2-year-old gray guy might play it cool when you first meet, but give him a couple of minutes and his curiosity will get the best of him. Before you know it, he’ll be checking you out, accepting pets, and showing off his chummier side!

Aspen has enjoyed hanging out with other kitty friends, and we have a feeling there’s a whole lot of goofy, lovable purr-sonality just waiting to come out once he’s settled into a home of his own. He’s ready to trade his Catio hangouts for cozy home life and a family who will let him blossom at his own pace.

Come meet Aspen at the Cleveland APL and see what kind of silly shenanigans this handsome guy has up his furry little sleeves!

CAUTION: Bryce is a certified heartthrob! 💘🐾

This 1.5-year-old guy recently hit the trails at Rocky River Reservation, where he absolutely crushed his field trip AND got stopped by admirers just to hear how handsome he is. Honestly, Bryce, leave some charm for the rest of us!

Bryce is a total lover boy who enjoys the outdoors, giving kisses, and making new friends wherever he goes. He's got that young-dog energy and loves to have fun, but once he's had a chance to burn off some zoomies, he's happy to settle in for some quality chill time.

Bryce may do well with kids, cats, and other dogs, too. He's very sweet, gentle, and is ready to bring all the love and good-boy vibes to his new home.

Come meet Bryce and let him steal your heart!

Here comes Sleet down the field… and she’s going straight for your heart! Adult dog adoption fees are just $30 this weekend. Could Sleet be your new teammate? 🧡

This 4-year-old, 46-pound sweetie potato pie is ready to find the family of her dreams! Sleet is basically the whole package filled with snuggles smiles, and a little silliness.

Sleet recently enjoyed a vacation in a foster home where she was described as basically the perfect dog. All this girl wants is to be close to her people and to sneak in some kisses. She got along well with their resident dog and is a great mix of a little playful and couch time. Sleet has also been wonderful on field trips and her favorite activity so far has been belly rubs!

She may be a little shy at first, but she quickly warms up and you will see her little tail wag. Sleet walks well on leash and enjoys a car ride. You will get the best of both worlds with Sleet if you enjoy a nice walk and a good nap.

If Sleet sounds like the lovable lady for you, come on into the Cleveland APL to meet her!

Every Thursday in October, adult cats are just $10 and kittens are $75 to adopt, and we have a certain handsome gentleman who thinks that’s a pretty sweet deal. Meet Smoothie King! 🐱🥤

This 4-year-old guy spent some time living in a garage as a friendly stray before a kind person brought him to the APL. These days, Smoothie King is all about the finer things in life: getting pets, staying cozy, and generally going with the flow. He’s a very chill, relaxed kinda guy who welcomes attention without making a big fuss.

Basically, Smoothie King has mastered the art of being effortlessly cool.

Now he’s ready to trade his garage days for a comfy spot to lounge, and a person who appreciates a cat with a laid-back attitude. Could that be you?

Stop by to meet Smoothie King and our many other adoptable cats and kittens!

Jack has perfected the art of being everyone’s favorite guy! 😘

Meet Jack, a 10-year-old gentleman who is ready to share his lovable self with whoever is nearby. He is the kind of dog who has never met a stranger. Take him somewhere new and he’s ready to greet everyone he sees, explore his surroundings, and collect a few treats.

On a recent field trip to a restaurant, Jack was an absolute dream. He was calm, easygoing and so happy to be out and about that his field trip buddy was pleasantly surprised by how much energy this older man has!

He’s also a fan of car rides, walks, and giving kisses. Jack is affectionate, gentle and just an all-around happy-go-lucky pup. He has positive history with kids and dogs, though he may appreciate a mellow canine companion who matches his easygoing vibe.

What Jack really needs now is a cozy home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by people who adore him! If that sounds like, come on in to meet Jack!
