Meet Goose & Maverick! 🐮❤️🐮
These two little guys have come a long way.
Born July 28 as miniature Zebu twins, Goose weighed just 8 pounds and Maverick 11 pounds, with crooked little legs. Their mama rejected them, so they needed plenty of help from the start.
That’s where Cool Springs Mobile Vet Service stepped in. The boys were tube fed and nursed back to health with lots of care and love. Now, they’re running, playing and doing great. And yes, they absolutely love being together. 🥹
Goose & Maverick are on display throughout the Fair, so stop by and say hello! They’re fed at 7 p.m. each evening, so come watch them eat and hear more about their journey.
Fun fact: Twins are uncommon in miniature Zebus, making these two pretty unique little calves. ❤️
🐄 Speaking of cows - be sure to stop by the Youth Beef Show starting at 4:30 p.m. in the Main Arena.
