I understand that things happen, but last-minute cancellations are difficult for a small business. I turn away other opportunities to honor scheduled bookings, and cancellations at the last minute leave me with time I likely can't fill. I put a lot of time and effort into my business, so I ask that my time and commitment be respected just as I respect yours. ♥️
