APPOINTMENT REMINDERS & RESCHEDULING

I will send a reminder 1–2 days before your appointment.

Please reply to your appointment reminder to confirm your appointment or let me know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

I completely understand that unexpected situations come up. I do not currently charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee; however, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible when making changes.

As a small, independently owned business, each appointment time is reserved especially for you and your dog. Last-minute cancellations are often difficult to fill and directly affect my schedule and income.

Because my schedule fills quickly, I may not be able to offer another appointment right away or find a new time that works as well for both of us.

There may occasionally be a time when I need to reschedule due to an unexpected situation of my own. If that happens, I will give you as much notice as possible and do everything I can to make the change convenient for you.

Please schedule appointments only when you are reasonably confident you can keep them.

Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule on short notice may have limited booking availability in the future.

Thank you for understanding, respecting the time reserved for your appointment, and supporting my small business!
