We definitely didn’t want this appointment to end!🐱

Dental health matters more than you think!
By age 3, most dogs and cats already show signs of dental disease. Bad breath isn’t just “normal pet smell” - it can be a sign of infection that may affect the heart, liver, and kidneys over time.

A healthy mouth = a healthier, happier pet 🦷💙

🚨 Rabies Alert in Lake County 🚨

A cat in Lake County has tested positive for Rabies - please take this seriously to protect both your pets and your family.

Rabies is fatal and spreads through bites from infected animals.

⚠️ Protect Your Pets:
• Keep pets up to date on rabies vaccines - this is required by Florida law.*
• Even indoor-only pets are at risk (wildlife like bats can enter homes) OR your pet may unexpectedly escape.
• Avoid contact with stray or unfamiliar animals.

🦇 Important: Bats & Rabies
Bats are a common carrier of rabies. Their bites can be VERY small and hard to notice, so exposure may go unseen.

🚨 Possible Rabies Signs in Animals:
Aggression, disorientation, excessive drooling, difficulty swallowing, or unusual behavior.
