A little golf for a great cause! ⛳️🐾

This past weekend, Kinetic Veterinary Specialists was proud to sponsor and participate in the South Lake Animal League Golf Scramble! Dr. Herman and Dr. Sandoval traded the OR for the golf course and spent the day supporting an organization doing incredible work for animals in our community.

We’re always grateful for opportunities to give back, have a little fun, and support a cause close to our hearts. 🐶🐱

BIG NEWS! 🎉

Kinetic Veterinary Specialists is proud to welcome Dr. Matthew Johnson to our surgery team!

Dr. Johnson isn’t just another board-certified veterinary surgeon.

After becoming board certified by the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, he went on to earn one of the rarest distinctions in veterinary surgery—becoming the first veterinary surgeon ever to complete the ACVS Fellow designation in Minimally Invasive Surgery (Orthopedics, Small Animal).

Today, he remains one of very few veterinary surgeons in the world to hold both board certification in surgery and an ACVS Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Orthopedics.

His expertise includes:
✔️ Arthroscopy
✔️ Minimally invasive orthopedic surgery
✔️ Sports medicine
✔️ Fracture repair
✔️ Angular limb deformity correction
✔️ Joint reconstruction
✔️ Orthobiologics and regenerative medicine
✔️ Rehabilitation-focused orthopedic care

Dr. Johnson combines advanced technology, evidence-based medicine, and rehabilitation principles to help pets recover faster, move better, and get back to doing what they love. His collaborative approach and commitment to innovation make him an incredible resource for both pet owners and referring veterinarians.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Johnson enjoys staying active by running and competing in triathlons. He also loves spending time with his family, whether relaxing at the beach or exploring mountain trails.

We’re incredibly excited to bring his expertise to Central Florida and look forward to partnering with referring veterinarians to provide the highest level of orthopedic care.

Please help us give Dr. Johnson a warm Kinetic welcome! 🐾💙

Today, on Veterinary Appreciation Day, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible veterinarians who dedicate their lives to caring for animals and supporting the people who love them.

At Kinetic Veterinary Specialists, we are proud to partner with referring veterinarians throughout our community. Your trust, collaboration, and commitment to patient care make it possible for us to provide advanced surgical and rehabilitation services while ensuring pets receive the best care every step of the way.

We would also like to celebrate our own veterinarians, whose expertise, compassion, and dedication make a difference in the lives of patients and their families every single day. We are grateful for the long hours, difficult decisions, and unwavering commitment that veterinary medicine requires.

To every veterinarian, whether in general practice, emergency medicine, specialty care, shelter medicine, or beyond, thank you for all that you do. Your work matters, and today we celebrate you. ❤️🐾
