🐱 A Special Case with a Powerful Purpose 🐱

Kinetic Veterinary Specialists recently had the honor of caring for a 3-month-old female serval who sustained pelvic fractures on both sides. Because this case directly supports conservation and preservation efforts, restoring normal anatomy was critical for her future—especially her ability to breed and contribute to the species.

Both pelvic fractures were carefully repaired to restore a normal pelvic canal diameter, giving her the best possible chance at a healthy, functional future.

It is a privilege to play a role in protecting such an extraordinary species.

This week, our Director of Clinical Staff, Jenny Osbun, led an important training session for our clinical team, focusing on sterility and proper instrument setup, alongside a thorough introduction to our upgraded Arthrex scope equipment. Ensuring sterility is crucial in minimizing infection rates, and we’re proud to have
consistently maintained some of the lowest rates in the region.

During the session, she emphasized the importance of proper draping techniques and best practices to uphold our high standards of sterility. This training is a testament to our commitment to patient safety and quality care, as maintaining infection control is a core principle of our hospital.

✨🐶 Exciting Day at Creative Child Learning Center! 🐕✨

We had the pleasure of joining Safety Week at Creative Child Learning Center. Kinetic Veterinary Specialists shared valuable tips on how to safely approach dogs and respectfully ask to pet them. Our team brought along some furry friends for the kids to meet and pet, plus we enjoyed a fun coloring session together. 🤗❤️

During the Holiday season, we often visit the homes of others and are not as familiar with their pets. Talk with your kids about the importance of interacting with dogs safely.

Always ask before petting a dog
