While acupuncture is central to my veterinary practice - I am more than just a bunch of needles!!! 😂.

I am also certified in Veterinary Spinal Manipulation Therapy (VSMT) by the Healing Oasis in Sturtevant, WI and by the College of Animal Chiropractors and have been performing spinal adjustments for horses and pets for 7+ years. This certification program required 6 months of hands on instruction, a series of written and oral exams, case presentations and a national exam.

What I love about performing chiropractic on horses is how it improves mobility and reduces pain. Horses that feel better, perform better! 💜

While senior pets hold a special place in my heart 🙏🏻 and comprise a large percentage of my In Home acupuncture vet family - I also treat a lot of working and sport dogs too! Concierge Veterinary Care 💗 I created AcuVets over 11 years ago to answer a need for pet care in the home environment. Many pets suffer from extreme anxiety in the vet office or in the car ride to the vet office and many senior pets have too much arthritis pain or neurological disorders that make it difficult to get in and out of the car. Oftentimes these pets remain at home and miss out on important veterinary care including valuable diagnostics that help to manage their medical conditions.

Senior pets are a large portion of my acupuncture practice and as a senior pet they have an even greater need of veterinary care to ensure the best quality of life possible.

In order to better serve your pet, I am pleased to announce that I am adding routine in home diagnostic bloodwork services to complement existing acupuncture, chiropractic, and Chinese herbal therapies!
