You were all so patient with our 2 year old while we were there with our dog. Thank you so much. You were also great with our pooch!

We had a slight emergency with out dog, his dewclaw split and we were seen immediately. The vet informed us of our options and we went to work on the problem. The only thing we were charged was a basic nail trim!

I too had my dog there being groomed, and I was told twice that I would need to pay by cash or check, I can't imagine they neglected to tell this other person 3 different times, and even if they did, "stuff happens" he should feel good knowing his dog was well taken care of, and they didn't let a business glitch interfere with that

They are very busy, and I have had to wait up to 15 minutes to get into a room, but the receptionist always keeps people who are waiting entertained and posted as to what is going on and how much longer it may be. I do remember when the credit card machine was down,

Wow! I just read the other review and I think they may be talking about another hospital. I have had nothing but very positive experiences at Quail Pointe. Dr. Ford and her entire staff are warm, friendly, very helpful and funny. I have been to most animal hospitals in this area and have never felt so taken care of. My dog even likes going in the building.
