BIG NEWS: We’re Switching Scheduling Systems! 🐾

We’re excited to announce that we are moving to a new scheduling system! 🎉 This change will bring some great new features for both you and your pets, but we ask for a little patience with our employees as everyone gets familiar with the new system. ❤️

📱 Automatic Text Reminders & Vaccine Reminders
With our new system, appointment text reminders and vaccine reminders will be sent automatically. Please note that these messages will come from a different phone number than the our number you’re used to. When you receive a message from the new number, please be sure to confirm your appointment through that number or it will continue to send you reminders.

💻 Online Scheduling Coming Soon!
We’ll also be rolling out online appointment scheduling, making it easier than ever to book your pets' next grooming! A deposit will be required when scheduling online.

🐶 NEW Grooming Report Cards!
Our new system will allow us to provide report cards for your dogs after their grooming appointment. These will include:

✨ Coat report
👀 Eye report
🩷 Skin report
👂 Ear report
📸 Before & after photos of the groom
📅 Whether you have another appointment already scheduled

We’re really excited about these improvements and the better experience they’ll allow us to provide for you and your furry family members! 🐾
