Steve is the kind that’s easy to enjoy every day. Kind, level-headed, and easy going with a good handle. He travels out willingly on his own, and has the kind of demeanor that makes him fit a wide range of riders.

Safe enough for a confident kiddo despite his age, yet handy and enjoyable for an intermediate rider looking for a solid using horse prospect.
Good-minded young gelding ready for a new zip code, and to find his person.

He does have an old injury due to fencing on his right front. This has never caused any lameness issues.

“Monte”
6 year old Grade QH gelding

Monte is the kind that will take you wherever you point him. Lean, athletic, and sure-footed, he’s an absolute goat in the mountains—up, down, through, or over just about anything you come across. He travels out well and handles rough country with ease.

He rides out well alone or with a group and has the kind of grit and willingness that makes him a pleasure to cover miles on. Monte is best suited for an intermediate rider or above due to still needing some guidance and confidence. He is not your “husband horse.”

Monte has the potential to develop into a true workhorse, despite being new to roping. Good-minded gelding ready for his next adventure and a new zip code.
