By all accounts, everyone who’ve seen our c**t Zero Dark Thirty have raved about his conformation. I try not to get to overly excited about conformation alone because I’ve seen it go both ways. With that said, him appearing to have good conformation along with his good breeding, we decided to go ahead and breed Pittsop Ruthie back to Muscles Yankee again earlier this year. So She’s now in foal for the second time and we’ll see next spring if we’ve again struck conformation gold.

Great news for Kentucky harness racing. Hopefully this will also bleed over into Tennessee.

Christian County received news Friday that the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission awarded a racing license to WKY Development, LLC. Globe Newswire reports they were awarded the license for twelve live Standardbred racing dates beginning in October 2019

Blackhorse Six Stables has been in a holding pattern for the basically the last year. We are down to only Pittstop Ruthie in the BHS Stable and we retired her last year after surpassing the $300,000 in lifetime earnings mark. The good news is that we just got confirmation that she if in foal. We bred her to none other than, Hambletonian winner, Muscles Yankee... He not only won the Hambletonian but also sired two Hambletonian winners.
