Middle Earth is coming to Middle Tennessee — and we’re looking for fellow adventurers to accompany us on this quest!

We are now accepting event/attraction sponsors and food, craft, artisan, and specialty vendors for our three-day Middle Earth in Middle Tennessee Festival, October 23–25!

We’re transforming our little ranch into a Middle-earth-inspired world filled with LARP battles, archery, axe throwing, kids’ games, 8 second dragon rides, immersive themed horseback rides, live entertainment, food, shopping, and plenty of surprises along the way! ✋🏻🧌🕷️

We’re looking for:

🍖 Food trucks & food vendors
⚒️ Artisans & makers
🧙 Fantasy, medieval & renaissance-inspired goods
🕯️ Handmade crafts
🏹 Leatherwork, woodworking & specialty items
💎 Jewelry, art, clothing & accessories
🌿 Local makers & unique small businesses

Vendor spaces for the full three-day festival take priority, and space is limited!!

This is more than just a festival.
Middle Earth in Middle Tennessee benefits Veteran Equine Time and helps support our mission of serving veterans, first responders, their families and our community through the healing power of horses.
