I feel much better today. 😌 I will be following up with a doctor sometime next week. I either had an ovarian cyst rupture, or even a cyst torsion. Whatever it was I am so grateful I am much better today. 🙏
I am HUNGRY lol so going to eat some breakfast because I couldn't eat ANYTHING yesterday. This definitely wasnt a bug, it was due to underlying health issues and yesterday was not okay. But today is! 🌟 🤩

An update on the horse that went after that horse trainer. I've been very curious if the surgery would indeed help her. Sounds like she has instantly changed. Anxious to see how things pan out. 🙏

Today did not go as planned unfortunately. I have never felt so sick in my entire life. Like I questioned going to the hospital earlier. I suffer from some personal health issues and unfortunately today was the day things went south. I couldn’t even move without feeling like I was going to pass out. I had SEVERE and I mean SEVERE abdominal pain. I barely made it to take my kiddo to school. I had to pull over several times on my way home to just make sure I was okay. I made it home and couldn’t leave the house all day. Every step I took I was in pain. My pain response is nausea… So I was very uncomfortable ALL DAY LONG. I stayed in bed ALL DAY but maybe slept 5 minutes at a time because I just couldn’t stop throwing up. FINALLY AROUND LIKE 4pm I had the strength to take a shower, a very hot, long shower and I finally seem to be able to function. These episodes only last a day but this was the worst I have had pain wise. I haven’t been able to keep anything down at all today. I am hoping now that I am feeling a little better I can slowly start getting back on track.
Somedays I really don’t like being a woman so to say lol. But today was BRUTAL and thankfully I am finally over this. Tomorrow is a new day. I literally thought I was headed to the ER sooner or later, but am truly feeling a bit more human now.

Shayla went to the barn, got chores done, set feed out, and made sure everyone was good. I am sooo grateful to have SUCH A TRUSTING AND AMAZING FRIEND I CAN COUNT ON. I always feel a bit guilty at the end of these days, like why couldn’t I get like this on the weekend!?! But hey, I survived. I will be back at the barn tomorrow. 💕

Star says “Eh I don’t know about stepping OVER that metal pole on the ground…” 😂

I am SO PROUD OF STAR. Yesterday I ended the session with her allowing me to catch her on her very nervous side, aka the correct side, for the first time because I have not wanted to push her too much and knew working on her good side things would balance out.

Today I walked in, wrapped my arm around her neck, AND SHE LET ME CATCH HER ON HER NERVOUS SIDE. ZERO PREP WORK, she just let me!!! She led around the stall so well today. I worked on disengaging hind end, moving shoulders, AND started flexing. She can still get a little sticky when she isn’t sure about leading places, so I am going to get her VERY soft before taking her out. I do not want her to have a bad experience out, so building her up will be a game changer. I can do so much IN her comfort zone to help prep her for the outside. I definitely am so excited about her transformation. These next 30 days are going to be AMAZING. 🌟
