Well we did it again. I will definitely be keeping certain birds in conditioning. Not a single bird had seen a conditioning cage until less than 24 hours before cooping in. 😬😂 This procrastinating and last minute rushing is too stressful. Lesson learned.

I have A LOT of messages sitting in wait from yesterday and today. I had to coop in for a show today and due to molting had to pull replacement birds from breeding pens yesterday. 🙄 I was busy pulling and bathing ALL day and night and then spent the day today up there, then had a pre scheduled movie night, then have judging tomorrow, and THEN will be spending Sunday prepping birds that ship on Monday. I will also be posting more birds Sunday that can 🚢 Monday if your weather is appropriate so keep your eyes on the page. I am exhausted and overwhelmed to say the least, and probably won't be responding to messages not related to the coming posts for a few days. So I apologize in advance for the delays. ❤️

Black mottled cockerel available from In the Buff Silkies. Beautiful feet (including dark skin on the tops of his feet), wings, no horns, super sweet personality, but does have light eyes. Local Claremore, OK pickup preferred, as I am already holding lots of boys waiting for weather to be appropriate to 🚢.

Ignore my voice. It's hot and I'm fat. 😂😂 This divider door is just temporary. I ran out of the wood I needed for more door frames so I will replace these divuders later with a stained wood frame and hardware cloth.

Conditioning cages tower #1 update. Almost done! Best way to cut hardware cloth? My blisters have blisters at this point from using the snips. 😂

Looks like we are good to ship lives on the 21st finally! I will be going through my list and contacting those of you that I have been holding birds for over the next few days and shipping cost along with any box fees that have not already been paid, will be due immediately. 🥰

I won't finish them completely today, but I made a lot of progress and am learning along the way so the next stack will go so much quicker. I was sitting down when I took this. I swear they aren't as high as they look here. 😂 The locking castor wheels I bought are amazing! I can roll and turn this thing with one finger despite it being super heavy. Highly recommend for setups similar to these. It will make moving them around if needed super easy.
