Winnie came back to see us today!! I assure you he was thrilled.😬😆

I know for certain we were 🥰 Today was exciting for the reasons of getting to see him and his owner as well as getting to practice a proper Schnauzer cut. I was able to salvage and angle his eyebrows and form his muzzle and jawline into a box shape. His owner would like to keep his body shorter for the summer and so I thinned his pretty coat while still practicing the blending technique for when it will be time to grow his skirt back.

Grooms like these are a Win-Win-Winnnn for everyone! The practice is vital, the outcome is pleasing to the owner, and the dog feels like a million dollars. We look forward to seeing Wi******er again in the near future.

🐱🧐Sophisticated Sal🧐🐱

Welcome our new lodger to the B&B, Salvador Clifton. No, your eyes are not playing tricks on you... Winslow has a twin in the house currently! This poised gentleman traveled all the way here from his lake front property and expects only the best while on vacation. He has been an upstanding, top tier patron, with very little grievance. It would have been zero grievance had the CEO and staff not illegally entered his room and began eating his food and using his restroom. Man, I hate when that happens ... 🤔

Mr. Salvador showed up as an automatic VIP due to his familial connections. We are not above nepotism here at Hampton's Home.🤷🏼‍♀️ He came with Little Leo for three weeks while his family are on their own adventures!!

His blonde mustache, solid frame, and slow strut let everyone know he's completely in control. He ventures out from his private suite as he sees fit and slinks back in when his social meter bottoms out. (Must be my spirit animal).

⚜️🫟Cool Fact: This is the first time Sal has met one of his own kind, and I think he's a fan, Although it has taken a few days for him to get used to the idea that he's not the only majestic creature in the universe, he seems to be intrigued that there are more out there like himself!!🫟⚜️

We don't know how many.... BUT we have zero doubt that this handsome fella likely has many a mini me somewhere out there in the world.
(Those days are over stud muffin!)

💅✂️🐾Back to the Groom: Bella Style🐾✂️💅

After taking a week off from grooming, we started this week off right with this beauty (Between gardening and grooming, my back needed to push the reset button... maybe even the panic button😆).

Bella Mella went from snarls and threats to kisses and nose nudges lickity-split. Bella's mom rescued her so she is not sure of her past, but we both get the feeling her life is much better off now with mom than it was before.

Bella has allergies which sadly cause her to get alopecia during the warm months. So we did what we could to even her out and finish her up like the diva she is with a French Tip Pet-icure and a bow you can't miss. Yes girl... you deserve this. 💅😎 And shut the front door with that side eye. Sassy girl.

I am so looking forward to our future visits. Welcome to Hampton's Home 🏡

We eat for sweet pleasure here at the B&B on Sundays but we also eat for nourishment with your furry family members on a daily basis. 🥰

Here is today's B&B Breakfast Bowl. This includes their regular food (partial portion) mixed with egg, turkey, pumpkin, and coconut oil for digestion, skin, and coat health. 🥰 We also had carrots for a snack tonight.... (Nevermind that only one dog ate those.... 🤔)

However.... EVERYONE loves their breakfast!

We got to meet a real live Jedi today! He came in meek and mild, hiding his powers until it was time to get treats and peanutbutter. Then he used his greatest gift.... mind control. It worked...100%. I gave him all the peanutbutter his little heart desired. He's elderly so he needs protein anyway, right? Besides... like I said... he made me do it...

This handsome fella is a bit (a lot) older and so has some lumps and bumps from all the space traveling and battling in star wars. We patched him up a bit with some special shampoo, skincare products, and gave him a fancy bandage to sport. **This is a reminder that here at Hampton's Home, I am comfortable with basic wound care and have experience removing stitches post surgery. So please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance if needed.** We were able to get Jedi all cleaned up and ready for his next galactic adventure with the Curly Q package. He was a noble gentleman and I really hope to see him again.

Two Pennies in two days??? One is priceless and one is made of gold. What fortune we are having here.

This girl is full of life and love and has the attention span of a two year old let loose in a toy store. Penny is only here for the night, so we better get what goods we can in! We are glad she is here.... Again... do not question the feline staff on that statement.... They have their own visitor they are settling in who you will meet later. 🐱😍
