We are happy to announce that we are reopening on May 12th, and are now available to schedule new appointments! We are currently booking into the first week of June. Hope to see all of you soon!

To our valued customers:

We understand that your pets are getting pretty shaggy and that you really want to get them in for a haircut, but please do not leave messages at the salon requesting an appointment at this time. As we have stated, we will not be booking any new appointments until the 100+ appointments we have had to cancel during the closure have been accommodated.
We will not be keeping a "waiting list" for appointment requests made during the closure, as this would be another 100+ requests to track and we are already overwhelmed.
We will have extended hours in order to get caught up as quickly as possible once we are allowed to open, but will also be taking a bit longer due to social distancing and extra cleaning protocols to keep everyone safe. Please be patient during these difficult times!

*UPDATE*
Governor Dewine has extended the mandate that requires all non-essential businesses to remain closed thru MAY 1st.
If you have an appointment scheduled on or before May 1st, and you see this post, please, please leave a comment, send a message or leave a voicemail at the salon to let us know that you are aware of the closure. It will save us a lot of time in trying to reach everyone affected.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. We miss seeing you and your pups! We can't wait to get back to work and plan to work a lot of extra hours to try to get everyone back on schedule as soon as possible!
Until then, stay safe, stay healthy, and stay 6 feet apart so we can get this over with!

Thank you to our wonderful clients for being so understanding of our situation. Also, huge thanks to everyone who was so thoughtful and generous on our last day open, yesterday. We really do have the best clients!
Now for a bit of humor... but seriously, don't forget to brush your dogs! If you need any advise on techniques or products, call, message or comment, we are happy to help!

*Attention Best in Show Grooming clients*

Due to the latest mandate from Governor Dewine regarding covid-19, we are, unfortunately, required to temporarily close. If you already have an appointment scheduled, please leave us a comment here, in messenger, or call the salon and leave a voicemail to let us know that you are aware of the closure, as it will save us time in trying to contact everyone individually. We are not currently taking any new appointments, because of the uncertainty around this virus and when we will be able to reopen. As soon as we are cleared to reopen, we will contact everyone who had an appointment during the closure to reschedule. Once they have been accommodated, we will resume booking new appointments. If you have a pre-booked appointment for a date after we reopen, we will still honor those appointments. We will post updates here, as well as on our answering machine at the salon. We apologize for this inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time. Thank you!

We have been waiting for it to be "officially official", with all inspections complete and permits issued, and now we are excited to announce that we are moving! Don't worry, its only 5 minutes away from our current location. Our new location will be at 3449 North Bend Road, next to the Kroger, at N.Bend and Cheviot roads. More details and photos to follow. We will be open for business at the new location beginning Monday June 3rd (tomorrow, Thurs is our last business day at the Colerain location). We can't wait for everyone to see the new place!
