To continue providing the best care and service for all of our furry friends, we kindly ask that you respect our appointment schedule.

🐶 24-Hour Notice Required
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

🐾 Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled grooming service.

🐕 No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying us may be charged 100% of the scheduled grooming fee.

⏰ Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled and may result in a cancellation fee.

❤️ Emergencies Happen
We understand life happens! Fees may be waived at our discretion for genuine emergencies.
