Welcome, Dr. Darby! Her first day at our clinic is May 4.
Dr. Meagan Darby originally hails from Versailles, Kentucky but has lived and worked in northern Kentucky since graduating from Auburn University in 2020. She completed her undergraduate degree at Morehead State University in Eastern Kentucky. She enjoys educating and empowering clients about their pet's health. Her special interests include ophthalmology, dermatology and palliative care.
Dr. Darby had always dreamed of being a veterinarian and even ran a "vet" clinic out of her garage for all of her stuffed animals as a child.
Dr. Darby spends her free time taking care of her horse, four cats, three dogs and son in Independence, Kentucky with her husband. When all of the farm chores are done she enjoys long hikes and reading a good mystery book.

Due to the heavy snow that is coming up, we will be unsure what services we will be able to provide on Monday. We have rescheduled any routine visits for that day. We are planning on being open (with limited staff) 9-3 for emergencies only and sick pets that need to be seen, however, it all depends on how the roads are. Please call if you have any questions after 9 on Monday. Thanks to everyone for all of your support! Stay safe out there.
