What an incredible summer it has been! 🐾

It was a demanding and rewarding few months working alongside the exceptional teams at across the Dayton, Cleveland, West Chester, and NOLA Va locations. Stepping into busy emergency and specialty environments to maintain workflow continuity is always a privilege, and I am grateful for the teamwork and dedication across each hospital.

Now, I am on the ground in Savannah, Georgia, attending the IVECCS conference! 📍

Conferences are essential for staying at the forefront of critical care advancements, but the real value is in the community. As the conference continues, I am focused on:
- Reconnecting with colleagues and expanding my professional network across emergency and critical care medicine.

It’s been a while since I’ve updated this page, but I’m back and so excited to share what’s been happening! 🌟

Life has a way of coming full circle. After an incredible chapter serving as a Nursing Manager with VEG, I’ve officially transitioned back to being self-employed! 🐾

I couldn’t have asked for a better start to 2026. I’ve hit the ground running by providing relief support to the wonderful teams at MedVet Cleveland and MedVet Northern Virginia. It has been such a joy to support the MedVet family, and I’m looking forward to continuing that partnership while growing my network.

As I look at the year ahead, I’m feeling energized by some big goals for KVOS:

✅ Expanding Support & Consultancy: I am actively seeking to partner with new clients! Beyond relief shifts, I am expanding into consultancy work—helping hospitals build efficiencies, drafting SOPs/SOGs, and streamlining workflows to help teams thrive.

✅ Advancing Education: I’m working toward becoming a certified RECOVER Instructor to bring gold-standard CPR training to more veterinary professionals.

✅ Building Partnerships: I’m focusing on fostering relationships with companies whose products I truly believe in and trust in the ER—like the innovators at MILA International.

✅ Personal Growth: On a personal note, I’m committed to following my dreams and getting back in the saddle! This year, I’m making time for myself by attending a horseback riding training camp or spending time working on a Dude Ranch. 🐎

I am so grateful for the support I’ve received during this transition. It feels great to be back, and I can’t wait to see where 2026 takes us!
