Summer adventures are here, and that means it’s time to keep our pets safe in the heat! And after all this rain, let's hope Mother Nature gives us a little break so we can finally enjoy some sunshine! 🌦️➡️☀️

Remember:
🐾 Never leave pets in hot cars
🐾 Avoid walking on hot pavement
🐾 Keep fresh water available at all times
🐾 Watch for signs of overheating

Dogs don’t sweat like we do—and even a short time in the heat can be dangerous.

Watch for signs like:

❗ Drooling
❗ Vomiting
❗ Lethargy or collapse

Memorial Day = BBQs, friends, and fun ☀️🍔

But some of our favorite foods (and party habits) can be dangerous for pets 👀

Keep your pet safe this weekend by avoiding:
❌ Fatty meats (can cause pancreatitis)
❌ Bones (choking or internal injury risk)
❌ Onions, garlic, and seasoned foods
❌ Alcohol & sugary drinks
❌ Corn cobs (VERY common emergency!)

And don’t forget—guests + food + open doors = escape risk 🐾
