Today is deep clean the chicken coop day, that is definitely on my top 5 least favorite jobs.

But the hens are liking it, they're free ranging around the barn aisle and the sheep pens.

What job do you dread the most?

No offense to any of the snack companies on this side of the border, but they've got you beat in Canada.

Thank you to The Chilton Farm Stand for stocking these now. Now I don't have to ask our Canadian relatives or friends to bring some down when they come across the border.

I just love the wool on this yearling Border Leicester ewe. And so did the judge at our recent show, she won a pretty good sized fleece class.

Now to think about shearing her and getting ready for breeding season before she gets to go home with the young man who fell in love with her and bought her.

🌺It's a great day to start a daylily sale.🌺

Here are the details, because I'm digging the entire bed, you get to pick your own boxes from them all.

There are 21 plants in this bed, give me a list of 8 or more of your favorites and I guarantee a double fan (at least) of 5 of those into the box plus one extra of my choosing. I will try to pick from your list but depending on availability that might not be possible.

All of these are Tets except for Sunday Gloves which is a Dip. Most are Dormant, a few Semi-Evegreen and Evergreens but they all have survived up here in the north. To look up further information on each plant you can use the American Daylily Society website, I'll put the link in the comments.

Each box will be $125 plus $20 shipping. If you are local we can find a time to meet up. That's a total of 6 plants for under $25 each delivered to your door.

I'm going to start this with a cap of 8 boxes sold to start with, if I have more available I can let anyone after the first 8 people join in the fun.

Every time I post a tractor video on Facebook people come out of the woodwork to complain about what I'm doing.

So, what am I doing wrong this time?

Can't be too much to complain about on how I'm moving a round bale to the barn. When you don't have a loader on the tractor you do what you gotta do.
