Partnership is rescue and second chances. It’s compassion and commitment.
It’s the powerful connection between animals and the people who refuse to give up on them.
Otis’ story is a beautiful reminder of that bond.
At 23 years old, this Bureau of Land Management b***o stood alone at the back of a sale pen unhandled, underweight, hurting, and overlooked. With little chance of finding a home, his future was uncertain.
But one person chose to step in.
Otis was brought to safety, given the care he desperately needed, and shown patience, kindness, and gentle training at Montana Mustang & B***o Connection and Rescue. Day by day, he began to heal. Then partnership grew even bigger.
Through community support, social media, and advocates who shared his journey, Otis found the perfect home.
Today, he’s thriving with love, proper care, daily walks, and even a playful donkey friend by his side. His transformation has been incredible, proving that healing happens when partnership leads the way.
This May, we’re honoring the partnerships that change lives rescue to adopter, community to cause, and the extraordinary bond that gives horses and b***os like Otis the future they deserve. 🫏✨
