Happy hatch day little ones!

These are silver pencil bantam cochins. I also have 2 tolbunt polish and 10 Black Copper Marans starting to hatch. These chicks won't be available until I have an idea of what I will be keeping.

So I just did this. Even though I shouldn't since I will be going on vacation next month. I will hatching Black Copper Marans, Tolbunt Polish, and Silver Penciled bantam cochins.

I am hatching for myself this time. I may have extras as grow outs and older birds but these chicks won't be available until later.

My cochin bantams love going out in their new run in the morning!

This fall there will be "funfetti" chicks. I am calling them "funfetti" because there will be no guaranteed colors. I have chocolate, chocolate mottled, wheaten, a lemon blue, and calicos in the flock.

These guys are super happy with their new yard! It was also an exciting morning because I added 2 new Calico roosters to their flock, so there should some really fun colors when I hatch from these guys. I also trimmed all of their nails that wasn't the plan today but it had to be done.

The roosters have gone on to their new home. I am now 8 less rooster on the farm.
