We have some new follows - so we thought it may be a good time to re-introduce our services just in time for the fall semester!

At CommunOT Farm and Programming, we combine occupational therapy-backed principles with nature, community, and real-life learning to help kids thrive. Whether your child needs space to decompress, practice independence, or build social connections, we have something special launching this fall!

🌲 CommunOT Farm & Forest Explorers: at Spring Acres Unplugged nature adventure! Forest exploration, animal care, and farm tasks to build core strength and sensory regulation.

🔬 Functional Farm Science Program: Interactive, real-world STEM with local farms! Hands-on experiments and applied science rooted in nature and farm life.

🌱 Garden Buds (At WonderHere Sanford): Planting, digging, and nature crafts designed to build teamwork and executive functioning.

🐴 3 Stalls Available at Spring Acres in Chuluota! 🐴

Looking for a peaceful, welcoming home for your horse? 🏡 Spring Acres might be just what you’re looking for! We’re a small, family-run farm nestled on 5 quiet acres 🌳, backing right up to the beautiful Econ State Forest 🌲—a trail rider’s dream with direct access to miles of scenic riding.

We’re not a show barn—we’re a low-key, drama-free space that feels more like home. 🧘‍♀️🐎 While we welcome all disciplines, farriers, vets, and trainers, our setup is best suited for retired horses or pleasure riders who value calm surroundings and personalized care. 💞

🎉We don’t have openings often, so if you’ve been waiting for the right fit—this is the perfect time to join us! 🐎

Here’s what we offer:
🧱 12x12 stalls (matted or dirt base)
🚰 Automatic waterers + extra bucket
🌬️ Fans in every stall
🌙 Lighted round pen
🏇 Jump arena with jumps
🚿 Covered wash rack
❄️ Air-conditioned tack room
🧳 Storage trunk, cabinet & saddle space (or bring your own!)
❄️ Grain stored in individual freezers—fresh & bug-free
🚪 Attached paddocks – horses can come/go as they please

We only board up to 9 horses total—so it’s never overcrowded. 🐎 We live on-site and give every horse hands-on, individualized care. ❤️

What a day! 🤪

We spent the last 9 hours in the barn reorganizing the hay room and tack room. There was a time when I could do this kind of work all day long and bounce right back. These days? Not so much! 😂

I’m definitely feeling every minute of those 9 hours, but I have to admit—the end result was worth it. Everything is cleaner, more organized, and so much easier to access.

Now let’s just hope we don’t decide to rearrange it all again anytime soon! 🐴💪🚜

🐴 SPRING ACRES HORSE RIDING LESSONS 🐴

We are excited to welcome a limited number of new riders to Spring Acres!

Our riding program is designed for riders who already have experience and are looking to continue developing their horsemanship, confidence, control, and riding skills in a positive but structured environment.

✔ Intermediate to Advanced Riders Only
✔ Riders must be able to independently groom & saddle a horse
✔ One Hour Private Lessons
✔ $60 Per Lesson

🚫 No Beginner Riders
🚫 No 30-Minute Lessons

At Spring Acres, safety, horsemanship, and respect for both horses and riders always come first. We are looking for dedicated riders who are ready to continue growing their partnership and skills in the saddle.
