Why choose Pawsitively Posh Pet Resort & Spa? We’re more than just a place to get your pet groomed or board on holiday.. 🩵🐾

We’re family owned & operated, born and raised right here in Greene County. Many of our staff are family, and just like we’ve cared for each other’s pets over the years, we treat every animal that walks through our doors like one of our own.

Nearly all of our profits go directly back into our non-profit animal rescue to help combat our local animal crisis. We’ve rescued hundreds of injured, neglected, and euthanasia-listed pets right here in Greene County. Beyond emergency and initial vet care, we vaccinate, spay & neuter, feed, and house these animals until they find their forever homes.

We also proudly partner with the Greene County Anti-Drug Coalition for a cause that’s incredibly near & dear to us. We never want someone seeking treatment to feel discouraged because they’re worried about what will happen to their pets. Through this program, we’re able to provide free care for their pets while they’re away, send updates, and give them peace of mind so they can focus on themselves & their recovery.

At Pawsitively Posh, caring for pets has always been about more than just making money. Yes, this how we pay our bills but our mission has always been about helping animals, supporting the people in our community, and making a difference wherever we can.

Reminder: if you have a doodle or long-haired breed, they NEED to be brushed at home and groomed regularly to keep their coat healthy and comfortable.

Meet Kailey Cannon, our Resort Manager at Positively Posh Pet Resort & Spa! 🩵🐾✨

Born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee, Kailey is a graduate of Chuckey-Doak High School and holds a degree in Psychology from Walters State. You’ll usually find her at the front desk greeting every guest with a warm smile and making both pets and their people feel right at home.

Kailey has always had a deep love for animals, and her naturally outgoing personality makes her a perfect fit for connecting with pet parents and ensuring every furry guest feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Outside of work, she enjoys time outdoors, being with her family and boyfriend Sam, and loving on her two cats and her pup Stormi—who she proudly adopted from our rescue.

We’re grateful for the heart and care Kailey brings to our resort every day as our Resort Manager! 🫶🏻
