🐾 Everyone, meet SAGE! ❤️

Kodi has a brand-new sister, and we’re so excited to welcome this beautiful girl to the NRV Pet Grooming family!

Sage recently completed her obedience training, and let me tell you, she’s not just a pretty face! She’s incredibly smart, and we can’t wait to watch her grow and see what the future holds for her!

Now, let’s have a little fun! 🐶

Sage’s DNA results are still pending, so we want to hear your guesses!

What breeds do YOU think make up this beautiful girl?

Is she a little bit of this, a little bit of that, or did someone throw all the cute breeds into a blender? 😂

Drop your guesses below! We’ll share the big reveal when her results come back.

Welcome to the family, sweet Sage! ❤️

Buster came in for his spa day and left looking fresh, handsome, and fully aware that he’s adorable.

That little face says, “Yes, I know I look good… now where’s my treat?”

Looking sharp, Buster! ✂️🐶

🎃 Midget the Witchy Wiener Dog has officially arrived for Halloween!

She put on her witch hat expecting magical powers… but so far the only thing she’s managed to make disappear is the treat jar. 😂🐾

10/10 costume.
0/10 self-control around snacks. 👻🎃

🎉🎂 Birthday Break! 🎂🎉

Just a little reminder that NRV Pet Grooming is closed until Monday while I take a few days off to celebrate my birthday! 🥳

Kodi clearly approves of the decision and would like everyone to know that birthdays should include plenty of treats, naps, and absolutely no work.

Thank you all for the birthday love and for always supporting my little business. I’ll be back Monday and ready to see all my furry friends again! ✂️🐶💕

📣 A Quick Scheduling Reminder for My Regular Clients! 🐾

If you haven’t already scheduled your grooming appointments for the rest of 2026, I highly recommend doing so soon!

The holiday season fills up quickly, and NRV Pet Grooming will be closed between Christmas and New Year’s for renovations so I can give the grooming cabin a much-needed refresh.

Because of that, appointment availability for the remainder of the year will be limited. Once those spots are filled, I may not be able to add any additional appointments before the holiday break.

So if your pup is going to need a fresh haircut like this little cutie before the end of the year, please reach out sooner rather than later!

I’m excited to make some improvements to the shop and can’t wait for you all to see the changes.

Thank you, as always, for supporting NRV Pet Grooming!

🎷 Just over here regulating nervous systems… one jazz song at a time. 🐾

I know I charge more than many pet groomers in our area.

And there’s a reason for that.

I’m one person. I can only groom so many animals in a day, and I choose to keep my schedule that way.

I could lower my prices, pack the cabin full, take more appointments, rush through grooms, and have dogs coming and going all day. But that would mean more barking, more overstimulation, more potty accidents, more chaos, and less individual attention.

That is not the environment I want to provide—and it’s not something I’m willing to change just to compete on price.

I would much rather groom fewer pets each day and charge accordingly so I can give them my full attention and prioritize their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.

Sometimes that means slowing down.

Sometimes that means taking a break.

And apparently sometimes that means listening to jazz while we get beautiful. 😂🎷

So yes, I may charge more than other groomers in the area. But you’re not just paying for the haircut.

You’re paying for the time, the environment, the individual attention, and the choice I make every day to put your pet’s experience ahead of how many appointments I can squeeze onto my schedule.

And that part isn’t going to change. ❤️
