With the upcoming closure of Smarty Paws, we will NOT be having a Canine Sports Fair on October 8th.

We realize that some folks may have missed the announcement that we delayed the canine sports event/fair that was scheduled for September 10th. This was due to concerns over the new strain of Parvo.
We tentatively chose a new date of October 8th. However, there have been reports of the new strain coming into our area.
So at this time we are not certain if we will have the event this fall.
Please stay tuned to this FB page for updated information.

PLEASE NOTE- Change in date!
While Smarty Paws is still planning to host the event which was described in the preliminary promo shown below, we have decided to delay the day of the event until Saturday, October 8th!
The reason for this is that we just learned of a new canine respiratory disease which is surging in the Northeastern United States and is beginning to make its way into the Midwest. We decided to wait a few weeks to see if current big shows result in an influx of the disease into our area.
The new date is Saturday, October 9th and it is shaping up to be an awesome Canine Sports Fair, which will highlight such dog activities as Agility, Rally Obedience, Nosework, Disc Dog, Trick Training, Canine Good Citizen, and Freestyle, with additional information on Weight Pulling, FastCat, and Dock Diving.
This event will be promoted on FB pages, but if you know of places where you could hang posters when finalized, please call or text Katy at 715-829-9261.

Due to the Winter Weather Advisory, we are canceling some classes. Monday evening classes (2/21) and the Tuesday (2/22) 5:45 pm class are being canceled.
If you are in another Tuesday class or a Wednesday class, you will be hearing from Beth Crowley if your class is canceled. ❄️❄️❄️
