We are in search of a new Customer Service Representative!

Can you multitask? Pet kittens and puppies at the same time? Answer phones and type? Schedule appointments while maintaining pleasant conversations with some of the best clients?

If you enjoy short walks around vet clinics and a fun place to work, have I got the job for you! As a CSR you get to be the pet petter, scheduler, question answerer, and basically a front desk ninja. You’ll build relationships with clients (and your coworkers), watch their pets grow up, and basically have the best job ever.

CSR responsibilities include (but not limited to):
-Greeting clients 👋
-Scheduling appointments 📆
-Answering phones 📞
-Coming up with awesome staff photo ideas 📸
-Processing transactions for medications and appointments 💰
-And more!
