✨Holiday Boarding Update✨

For boarding reservations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your pet's stay.

Any stays falling on/between the following days require a deposit at the time of booking:

November 20-30, 2026
December 18, 2026 - January 4, 2027

***If you booked a stay prior to September 3 for any of these days, you DO NOT owe a deposit fee! Your reservation is secured from booking early***

Please note that all holiday deposits are non-refundable if the reservation is canceled. If your pet completes their scheduled boarding reservation, the deposit will be applied toward the total cost of their stay.
