Still here guys, just slow progress on the healing... my mom got me some awesome soft beanies that don't hurt or itch my scars on my head, so I have been enjoying those... I still am not allowed to drive, lift anything over 10lbs, or do anything that could risk shunt displacement, not sure when I will be able to again, but will be sure to keep everyone updated... for now if anyone needs any feed you will have to pickup... no deliveries at this time. I will be turning the website back on for orders, but please understand that scheduling will have to be a little different now. Ryan will have to go get our weekly orders on Saturdays, so orders need to be in and paid for by Thursday mornings. And items can not be picked up until the following Monday as he will have to stack and separate orders out... if you need help loading you will need to bring help with you or wait until after 5pm to pickup as Ryan may have to return to work sooner than expected... we thank you all for your patience and understanding through this whole journey... it has definitely been a struggle, but Thank God I am alive and so far NO MIGRAINES since I woke up from surgery!! Now just dealing with normal surgery recovery issues. 🙏🏻

I was holding off posting until I had more details...
Please pray for me... They found a spot on my brain, and my cerebral tonsils are apparently sticking out the bottom of my skull and pinching my spinal cord... I have to have brain surgery... yes you read that correctly, BRAIN SURGERY!
the intercranial pressure in my head is off the charts high...Doc said I'm a ticking time bomb if I don't have the surgery...stroke/aneurysm/etc... Right now surgery is tentatively scheduled for December 19th. So with that being said, I will be out of commission and in recovery about 8 weeks depending on the extent of the surgery. And that is best case scenario right now.

We do plan to do our best to get all of our regular clients stocked up on hay/feed prior to my surgery as we will be closed/not delivering until I am out of my recovery period. I do not plan to shut down for good, my goal is to get back to work as soon as my neurosurgeon clears me!

With that being said, we will NOT be accepting visitors during my recovery period either... doc said it is entirelytoo risky, any infectioncan be lethal during that time. If you want to bring something by and leave it in the store on the counter you are welcome to do so and Ryan can get it when he goes up to check our mail.

Ok, so we had a litter of heeler pups born Saturday morning, these little cuties will be ready by January 3rd. Dad is registered, from great working lines, mom is not registered. They will have their first shot and dewormer before they leave here.
1 boy and 4 girls

Please note, that Blue heelers are high energy dogs, and we will be checking vet references and making sure owners are knowledgeable of the breed, so that our pups don't end up tossed in a pound when they do something that is natural for a Blue Heeler.

Ok guys and gals, guess it's time to reintroduce myself...
I'm Elizabeth Moxley, my husband Ryan and I co-own The Bar M Ranch NC, LLC. I am the typical contact and day-to-day operator of our business. Typically when you order from us and it is delivered you will meet me, our 3.5yr old daughter Allie, and our spicy little Blue heeler Kara.
I have been delivering hay for over 6yrs, and what started out as just picking up extra hay for friends turned into something more... with me eventually making my business official when I was pregnant with my daughter because I wanted to be able to be a stay at home mom but also continue to help our equine community!

We are a Christian ✝️ Family owned and operated small business! We are partnered with a local hay farmer, and a couple local feed mills to carry feed and hay that our clients need for an array of equines & other animals, both pet & livestock!
We are open Monday-Friday 9am-6:30pm for self serve pickup (by appointment only as we keep very limited stock on hand).
