Our guiding purpose is to empower mothers by building confidence, connection, and calm parenting by learning alongside horses—who naturally model attunement, boundaries and trust.

Mother’s ability to navigate caregiving complexities is crucial for healthy child development. Targeted parent education programs focusing on boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and attunement are needed to equip parents with skills for healthier interactions and improved developmental outcomes.

Happy to introduce our two honorary equine instructors Boogie & Midas for our Yoga with Horses class on June 22nd @ 10am!

These are the two horses who we will be working with for these events, both are very sweet and gentle & I'm sure looking forward to meeting all of you! 🙂

The horses will be turned out (running free) in the main arena just beside the grass or grazing on the grass nearby during the class. After a 45 minute yoga session there will be a 15 minute breath work portion where each participant will be able to engage in a breathing exercise with a horse.
