LPSDC Hot August Nights Schooling Show was a lot of fun! Hazel with Amado, Katie with Ruth and I even got to spend some time with Darsie and Archer!
I got almost no pictures, but was able to video most of their rides. Was at the show to coach and volunteer for the club. It was a hot day, but a lot of fun! So proud of Hazel & Katie, they had some beautiful rides!

Boomer has been such a fun addition to my herd. Both myself, and his two leasers have been really enjoying bringing him back to work. He is such a kind, willing guy with the funniest personality. Truly a horse that you enjoy just being around. We are taking things slow, but so excited for his future!

Many of my students are also members of 4-H, as we are home-base for Horseketeers 4-H Group . We hauled to the Fairgrounds for Sunshine Summit Schooling Show and Pre-Fair on July 12. Everyone did really well! As superintendent/Show manager I am less available to help my clients at horse shows. They always impress me with how much support they give eachother ❤️

A very big Bay Acres welcome to Boomer (PA Boombahztikk). This handsome Arabian gelding wasn't exactly planned, but excited to have a new project in the barn. Very grateful to my clients (Galadriel Nichols & Katie Haman) for going on this journey with me. Big thank you to Christine Headley and Jhesika Hansen for making this possible. Team Bay Acres had a fantastic time at the Starting Gate Schooling Show on June 27. There were 7 horses and 8 exhibitors from the farm!
Some highlights from the day:
✨️Grace and Denali did their first show, and smashed Showmanship! 🥇
✨️Ronan with Daisy did his first walk-only class 🌼
✨️Molly and Frankie Says Relax were the W/T/C 17 & Under Daily High Point Champions 🏆
✨️Stella and Daisy were the W/T 17 & Under Daily High Point Champions 🏆
✨️Addison and Encores Mirage won the Showmanship Championship Class 🥇
✨️5 exhibitors from Bay Acres were in the Showmanship Championship Class ❤️

SO incredibly proud of everyone and their horses. Really showed true sportsmanship, horsemanship and had fun doing it!

What's better than one surprise high school graduation party? Two! We got to really celebrate our own Addison Staley by surprising her with a trail ride, then coming back to the farm for a surprise pizza party that her family set up with really cute decorations. Sierra, her mare, got all dressed up for the occasion too ✨️👩‍🎓❤️
