Hello Fluff N’ Fur family🐾
I know it’s October and I don’t mean to scare you but I’m making this post to share some new changes to Pricing and Policy. These changes weren’t made lightly but ultimately are a reflection of the last couple months of business.
Changes to pricing will not take effect until November 1st but the new policy’s in regards to cancellations and no call no shows will begin immediately. We appreciate you all and thank you for helping support my small business. 🩷

To ensure a smooth scheduling process and respect everyone’s time, please review the following updated policies.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a flat rate fee of $55 plus a 3.5% Square processing fee.

No-Call/No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without providing notice will be charged $55, plus a 3.5% Square processing fee.

Card on File Required
A valid debit or credit card must be entered through Square at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your card may be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies listed above.

Price Increases
Grooming prices will increase beginning November 1, 2026. These adjustments will help cover the rising costs of supplies and maintaining quality grooming services.

Thank you for your continued support, understanding, and trust in my business! I appreciate each and every one of my clients and look forward to keeping your furry friends looking and feeling their best. 🐾
