So did a quick road trip to Maryland and back today so this little guy could meet his furever family and live in Philadelphia. He was the sweetest guy ever. Didn’t really realize that Maryland was a Moutain state .

FYI I spent the last week with a puppy that was very unhappy that his litter mates all went home . So I got him in a routine and that was everything. He had crate time to nap and play if he wanted , snuggle time about 3-4 times a day , and of course floor time to romp and play . I fed in the crate as well it teaches that it’s a good place to be.
So the first and best thing you can do with a new puppy is to get them in YOUR routine . How you start them off is everything it will become habit and they will know what to expect. Crate training must be done from day one not a week or two later. Good Luck
