Opal is a gentle, sweet girl with a big heart, just waiting for the right person to help her shine. Born around May 18th, Opal is a sensitive soul who is still learning that the world is a safe place.

She needs a true cat person, someone who understands that confidence takes time and who knows that the most rewarding bond is the one built on patience, soft voices, and small daily victories. Right now, she needs a quiet, calm environment where she can take things at her own pace and feel truly safe.

Every single day, Opal makes amazing strides to be brave! She is quietly curious and loves to watch her surroundings. If her brother is playing, she simply can’t resist peeking out to see what all the fun is about, often stretching out a paw for a quick, adorable swat to try to join in the fun.

Once she feels secure, her affectionate side begins to peek through. Opal loves soft pets and tasty treats. They are the fastest way to her heart!

Opal would do best in a home with another friendly, confident cat. Having a feline buddy to show her how to cat and model brave behavior will do wonders to help her blossom into the happy, loving cat she so deeply wants to be.

Opal hasn't met dogs yet, so we're unsure how she would do with them, but she may be just fine with slow, proper introductions.

Bailey is a sweet, playful young boy, around 1–2 years old, who is doing wonderfully as he adjusts to life as a tripod. Don’t let three legs fool you—Bailey hasn’t slowed down! He loves to play, enjoys plenty of pets, and is always interested in what’s going on around him.

Bailey would thrive with experienced cat owners who understand feline body language and are willing to respect his boundaries. One of Bailey’s quirks is that he may give a little bite when he sees a hand or arm because he wants attention. Once you learn to recognize his signals and avoid putting your hands in that situation, he does just fine. Because of this behavior, a home without children would be best for him.

While Bailey has been separated from the other cats in his foster home while he heals, he has shown a strong interest in making feline friends. With a proper introduction, he may be very happy sharing his home with other cats.

Adopted 😺

Sue (born in February) is a sweet little girl who is looking for a loving home of her own.

Sue came to us after her elderly family had to move and could no longer keep her. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but she warms up quickly and soon shows her sweet personality.

Sue loves both wet and dry Friskies food and is always happy to accept some treats! Her favorite toy is a ball with a bell in the middle, which keeps her entertained and ready to play.

She gets along wonderfully with other cats and would love a home where she can have a kitty friend. She can also be adopted with her foster sister, Queenie, if you are looking for a pair.

Little Harlan was a kitty we trapped and socialized and he was from Ludlow. We are desperately trying to raise money to cover the cost of his surgery he received 2 days ago.

Ludlow has a very large feral cat population that we have been trying to make a dent in for years so any support we get is very much appreciated. We could not do what we do without your support.

Meet Mochi and Tofu!
Born July 3rd

These two sweet sisters will be ready for adoption soon, and they are completely inseparable. They each have very different personalities, but together they make the perfect little pair!

Tofu is a super sweet little girl who loves to play—especially with her sister and, of course, shoe laces! She can be shy and skittish at first, but once she feels comfortable, her playful personality comes out.

Mochi is our little spicy girl! She is VERY playful and loves being independent. She isn't against pets and cuddles, but she'd usually rather be busy playing! Her favorite thing besides playing? Eating!

The girls have not really had a chance to meet other cats or dogs. With proper introductions though, they would most likely be ok.

Carrie and Dolly are two adorable sisters born around August 15th who are looking for a forever home together! These playful girls can spend hours chasing each other around and having fun with their favorite toys, especially springs and wand toys.

Carrie is the outgoing sister who loves to be right in your face and is always ready for snuggles! Dolly is a little more timid, but she’s gaining confidence every day. One thing they both agree on? Snuggling up together!

Harlan’s surgery was yesterday and we need to raise $2000 for him and his medical bill.

Five month old kitten it was very unusual for him to have bladder stones so they needed to be removed so that he could urinate properly and comfortably. We are hoping that he needs no more further surgery. We will know more when the tests come back.

Black Kitty around (3-5 years old) is looking for his forever home, and he has a whole lot to say and a whole lot of love to give.

This handsome guy wants to be part of everything. Black Kitty is extremely chatty and will happily talk your ear off, follow you from room to room, and keep you company wherever you are. He is affectionate and loves being close to his person, whether that means curling up beside you, climbing onto your lap, or snuggling with you in bed. He is also active and playful, with plenty of energy and a love for toys, playtime, and anything he can chase.

Black Kitty has some very specific requirements for his new home. These are essential to keeping him happy and safe. He needs a child free home where he is the only cat. He also requires a secure entry. Black Kitty was previously an outdoor cat and is still adjusting to indoor life, so his new home must have a secure entryway to prevent him from accidentally slipping outside.

Black Kitty has a heart condition but is currently doing well and does not need medication. He will need routine follow-up care, including a blood pressure and thyroid check in about 6 months and an echocardiogram in 9 months.

Winnie is a sweet little soul with a big personality just waiting to bloom.

Born in October 2024, Winnie is a gentle, sensitive girl waiting for the person who will see just how special she truly is.

New people can be overwhelming for Winnie, and she may hide when visitors arrive. She’ll do best in a calm, quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace, ideally without dogs.

Once she feels safe, Winnie’s adorable personality comes shining through. She loves sunny naps, Churu treats, toys, and her scratch pad, which can lead to some seriously entertaining zoomies! She also enjoys a good feather duster play session before bed.

Now that the cooler weather is here, Winnie has discovered one of the best things about fall and winter: curling up like a little donut, squished right beside her favorite person. There’s nothing quite like having a warm, cozy Winnie tucked up next to you.

Winnie may not be a traditional lap cat, but she loves being close to her people. She’ll happily keep you company and “chat” with you throughout the day in her own sweet way.

There’s something incredibly special about earning the trust of a cat like Winnie. Those little moments when she chooses to sit beside you, play with you, or curl up nearby feel like the sweetest gifts.
