Flit got a bath today. He’s hoping this is the one that finally gets him noticed. 🛁💔

He was found wandering the streets at 7 years old with no collar, no chip, and nobody out looking for him. That was 266 days ago, and he’s still waiting.

Meet Flit. 🐾

He’s a 12 lb chihuahua with a big heart and gray creeping into his golden years. Flit loves people, greets everyone like an old friend, and is happiest curled up in someone’s arms. He’s good with cats, mellow most of the time, and not shy about telling you when it’s walk or treat time. He can be choosy about his canine friends, so a meet and greet is a must, and he likes to keep his food and toys all to himself. A calm home would suit him perfectly.

Senior dogs like Flit get passed over every day for younger pups. But he’s already done the puppy chewing phase and the crazy energy phase. Now all he wants is a soft bed, a warm lap, and someone who’ll stay.

Socrates is a little bit of chaos and a whole lot of heart. He’s high energy, a little stubborn, and he’ll do just about anything for a treat. When the day winds down, he’s the first one asking for cuddles 🥹

We’re learning more about him every day, and with help from Embark Vet we’ll soon know a lot more. His DNA and health results come back in 2 weeks 🧬

We provide the crate, food, bed, leash, collar, and any bowls or toys needed; you provide a safe home, daily care, and a little patience. ❤️

All dogs are spayed or neutered, UTD on vaccines, and microchipped!

Wags & Whiskers Pet Rescue is hosting an adoption weekend at PetSmart Medford, and we're bringing some amazing dogs who are ready for their forever homes. ❤️

📅 Friday 10/23 + Saturday 10/24
⏰ Fri 12 PM to 5 PM, Sat 11 AM to 3 PM
📍 PetSmart, 3279 Crater Lake Hwy, Medford, OR

Every pet is spayed or neutered and vaccinated. Come say hi, get some puppy kisses, and maybe meet your new best friend. 🏡

Meet Aspen (Previously Journey)!

Aspen was adopted from us 3 months ago and has been the perfect addition to her family! She’s OBSESSED with her new big brother, Ace (the feeling is mutual 🐾). They spend their days playing nonstop, getting into things together, and cuddling up once they’ve finally worn each other out.

Her family says, “Aspen has brought so much love, personality, and energy into our lives, and we couldn’t imagine our home without her now. We are so beyond happy that we found our girl! Welcome home forever, Aspen!”
