Look into these sweet, tired eyes. These four precious Pug puppies just arrived from a high-kill shelter, and our hearts break for them. They are devastatingly skinny, exhausted, and overall just not feeling well.

Thankfully, their road to recovery has started. They are now safe in a loving foster home getting extra TLC. They have been dewormed, microchipped, and received their first round of vaccines. They will be spayed/neutered once they are big enough.

Quinton is a 4 year old Chihuahua/Terrier mix with a soft personality that just needs a little extra patience and reassurance to show his energy. He does great with other dogs and would thrive in a household with another mellow dog he can look up to and with adopters willing to give him the time he needs to feel comfortable.

Quora is a 4 year old Chihuahua/Terrier mix. He has an energetic personality that loves to know everything that’s going on around him. He’s especially loyal to other pups he bonds with and loves to be a little bossy at times, barking for attention. He does well with other dogs but may be a little opinionated at first so proper introductions are appreciated. If you’re looking for a fun, spirited, loyal companion, Quora might be for you!

Foster homes needed!!

These 5 petrified babies need a foster home to decompress and grow into their own little personalities and feel safe.

They were found without a mom in sight and now at a loud scary shelter.

Tater Tot! 🥔

Tater is a 2 year old Pug/Terrier mix ready to find his forever family! He is quite shy with introductions at first but give him some time and you’ll see his personality shine through. He is a total cuddle bug once he’s comfortable and is happy with just having the company of his people.

Foster home lined up 🏡 🐾💚

Skinny boy needs a couch and some groceries!!
Can you help foster this severly emaciated pup? Sootie is only a year old and he clearly has never known anything but neglect.

Stockton shelter reached out after he was found as a stray and extremely matted.
He is only 11 lbs, so far he has done well with other mellow dogs and ideally he would go into a foster home with older dogs so he doesn't feel threatened. He was clearly on the streets for a long time and did not do well.

We will covere all medical care at Chico Pet Vet, provide food and supplies.
