Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center provides training for dogs that need obedience work as well as dogs that need behavior modification. Through group training classes and one-on-one boot camps, we are able to give dog owners the knowledge they need to better handle their dogs. Found Chicago Boarding & Training Center also offers specialized boarding and specialized daycare services to give o

wners of "challenged" dogs a place were they can safely leave their pet. We accept dogs with both behavioral and medical issues as clients. Our specialized boarding and daycare services allow owners of special needs dogs to leave our facility confident that their dog is being cared for and is being kept safe.

Dog socialization is one of the more complicated concepts in training and is often overly simplified. Most socialization approaches focus on simply bringing two dogs together and seeing whether or not they will get along. With our process, we focus on creating an environment where every dog has a high chance of building positive relationships and, through controlled exposure, improving their ability to socialize.

Dog socialization is a huge part of our training program here at FOUND Chicago 🐾

But socialization isn’t just “meeting other dogs.” True socialization is about helping your dog learn how to stay calm, confident, and neutral in different environments, around people, dogs, sounds, and everyday distractions.

A well-socialized dog is more focused, adaptable, and easier to live with — and it all starts with the right foundation.

✅We’ve added a Friday evening class, Introduction to Scent Detection. If you’re new and curious about scent work, this is the perfect place to start.!

This class booked up quick so we are already announcing our next session. It starts April 6th at 5 PM.

If you’re a seasoned handler or already have experience with scent detection, reach out to [email protected] for an assessment and you may be able to jump straight into our Monday Drop-In Scent Class.

Also keep an eye out for scent trials coming this spring.

8:30 AM – Advanced Off-Leash & Control
Focused on off-leash mastery, great for Board & Train graduates.

10:00 AM – Daycare & Training Class
If you are currently enrolled in our Daycare & Training program, this class is a must and included at no additional cost.

Games for Self Control
Focused on channeling your dog’s drive and energy into structured precision games. Great for working dogs and training enthusiasts.
Off-leash control is required for this class.
