Our chocolate girl, Louise, was selected as the Playaholic of the Month at her daycare, Dogaholics! Her smile says it all. :)

Playaholic of the Month

LOUISE

Louise is a beautiful Chocolate Lab who is every bit as sweet as her breed name implies! "Weezy", as she is known to us at Dogaholics, is one of our most stylish pups. She keeps us up to date on all the hottest trends in doggy fashion and can always be seen sporting the newest pieces from her Mom's leash & collar line, Southport Hound ❤

Our favorite Chicago blogger, Liz of Sequins & Stripes, and her sweet family are sharing their top spring wardrobe picks today. We're particularly excited about their chocolate lab, Webster's, retailer of choice! :) Thanks for the love, Liz and Webster!

Our January 501c3-of-the-month is Sit Stay Read, a Chicago-based nonprofit that brings trained volunteers and Certified Reading Assistance Dogs into Chicago Public Schools in low-income neighborhoods. Children in grades 1-4 read aloud to their assistance dog with dog-themed books and writing assignments. This year, we plan to train our dog Louise to become a reading buddy!
