With a degree in Biology and credentials as a CVT, CCRVN, and NCCMT, Maureen brings a wealth of experience. From general vet practice to zoos, aquarium, and farms! Honor the pets who never truly leave our hearts 🧡🐾

Starting Monday, October 26th, our lobby will feature a Pet Ofrenda to celebrate and remember the furry family members we’ve loved and lost.

What is an Ofrenda?
An ofrenda (offering) is a traditional altar created during Día de los Mu***os. Rather than a somber memorial, it is a vibrant, loving tribute designed to welcome back the spirits of departed loved ones with light, color, favorite treats and fond memories. Because our animal companions are deeply cherished family, a pet ofrenda honors the joy, loyalty and unconditional love they brought into our lives.

How to participate:
🧡 Bring in a printing photo of your pet anytime between October 26th and November 2nd
🧡 Drop it off at the front desk or place it on the altar yourself
🧡 Feel free to write their name or a brief note on the back of the photo
🧡 We will take care of all the decorations (marigolds, battery lit candles, and festive accents

The ofrenda will remain up through Monday, November 2nd. If you would like your photo back afterward, simply write your name and phone number on the back and we will set it aside for pickup after the altar is taken down.

Let’s fill this space with love, rememberance and the bright spirits of our best friends. 🌼✨

Our sweet friend Belle is a happy-go-lucky gal who never fails to put a smile on everyone’s face, and she is also our September Patient of the Month!💗

Belle’s IPC journey began when her mom noticed walks becoming more difficult for her. Her arthritis was making it hard for Belle to be the active and playful dog she truly wants to be. Her commitment to her weekly therapy sessions has allowed her to move and walk more easily, and even play with toys!

If you’ve spent time at IPC, chances are you’ve seen Emma’s smiling face helping our four-legged friends move stronger, walk taller, and feel their best! 🐾

An essential part of the IPC family since 2007, Emma brings a background in human physiotherapy straight to our canine and feline patients. As a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP), Nationally Certified Canine Massage Therapist (NCCMT) and our go-to custom cart and mobility expert, Emma treats rehabilitation as true whole-body wellness.

In her words: “My work is my life’s passion.” Whether it’s watching a patient take their first pain-free steps, building trusting bonds with our incredible clients, or constantly finding new ways to learn and grow, her dedication shines through every single day.

When she isn’t in the clinic helping you furry family members, Emma is at home with her own two cats Scoot and Stripes! 🐈‍⬛🐈
