🇺🇸🐾 Annual Fourth of July Pet Safety Reminder 🐾🇺🇸
With fireworks already starting in the area and expected to get even louder for the 250th celebration, please make sure your pets are wearing ID collars starting today and for a few days after the Fourth.
The number of lost pets rises a lot around the Fourth of July because many animals get scared by fireworks and run off. Rescues strongly encourage pet owners to keep collars and ID tags on, even if your pet is usually indoors or never tries to escape.
A few simple reminders:
🐾 Keep ID collars/tags on your pets
🐾 Make sure microchip information is updated
🐾 Keep pets indoors during fireworks
🐾 Secure doors, gates, and windows
🐾 Create a quiet, safe space inside

Jackie had the best day ever 🐾💚
Met so many new pup friends, got a little “pup drunk” on Tito’s pup cups (don’t worry — just whipped cream 😅), added new toys to her and her brothers’ collection… apparently she didn’t want to share them with her big brother, Happy 🙄🐶
We even got caricatures of her and her siblings (and yes, I snagged one for myself too 🖍️🐕).
Post-event update: this girl is EXHAUSTED 😴💤
